Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to find out the Captain's Task at Pempek Farina BG Junction Restaurant. The author observes the duties and responsibilities of the captain in the restaurant Pempek Farina BG Junction Surabaya. The author concludes that a captain at Pempek Farina BG Junction Surabaya Restaurant is very responsible for the tasks assigned to him for the smooth operation of the restaurant in serving guests who come to enjoy the food and drinks served, so that guests feel satisfied.
