Abstract

The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the role of Online Travel Agent on the level of room occupancy at Oriza Hotels Surabaya. Some Online Travel Agent companies in Indonesia and the world, including Traveloka, Agoda,
Tiket.com, and Expedia. All four of these Online Travel Agents have now been ranked top in occupancy rates at Oriza Hotel Surabaya. Almost all guests staying
at Oriza Hotel Surabaya are booking using the Online Travel Agent. In this case it can be concluded that the Online Travel Agent is very instrumental in the level
of room occupancy at Oriza Hotels Surabaya.
