Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the duties and responsibilities of waiter and waitress at Libra Executive Karaoke Surabaya. The author works as a waiter and makes observations at Libra Executive Karaoke for four months starting September 22 2022 to January 22 2023. The author can conclude that the duties and responsibilities of waiters and waiters at Libra Executive Karaoke Surabaya are preparing equipment and tools and providing services to guests .
