Abstract

This writing aims to explain how Islamic excellent service is at Larazeta Surabaya Restaurant. The research method in writing this Final Project uses descriptive methods, where using data obtained from the company
is then associated with the relevant theory. The results of this study the authors state that the Islamic excellent service at Larazeta Surabaya Restaurant runs
well in accordance with the Standart Islamic Service of the company, but there are still obstacles in providing services.
