Abstract
This Final Report examines the procedure of delivering return goods at PT Satya Ragam Truxpress Surabaya. This study aims to determine the procedure of delivery of return goods at PT Satya Ragam Truxpress Surabaya. Data source used was primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used was descriptive qualitative with observation data collection technique, interview, and
documentation. The results show that the procedure of delivery of return goods at PT Satya Ragam Truxpress Surabaya is quite good in accordance with the opinion expressed by Kamaruddin (Anggara, 2014) and has followed the procedures established by the company. However, there are still obstacles in the
delivery of return goods at PT Satya Ragam Truxpress Surabaya, that is on the table column form the list of payload which is incomplete and lack of knowledge of the driver and employees of other branches of PT Satya Ragam Truxpress about the completeness of documents for return items.
