Abstract

Writing this Final Project is to find out the duties and responsibilities of the waiter at Mingcourt Restaurant Hotel Garden Palace Surabaya. The writer who is a training at Mingcourt Restaurant observes the duties and responsibilities of the waiter. The author can conclude that from the discussion in the previous chapter the duties and responsibilities of the waiter include the tasks at the time the restaurant opens until the restaurant closes.
