Abstract
Writing is to know how important the standard of cleaning the lobby area in order to provide comfort a guest at Hotel Rich Palace.
The writing is done by means of direct practice to the industry so that the accuracy of the data for this final project can be justified.
The results of the writing can be concluded that the standard of cleaning the lobby area can be maintained although there are some deficiencies in the amount of equipment required to clean the lobby at Rich Palace Hotel. Conditions lobby is clean and dry at this time to remain well preserved even with limited means, apparently lack the tools that experienced at this time does not affect the cleanliness and comfort of the lobby area.
Cleaning is done regularly is very helpful in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guests in Hotel Rich Palace.
