Abstract
This writing is done to find out how important role of laundry section in helping smooth operation in room section in Ibis Budget Surabaya Airport Hotel. This writing is done by direct observation to the industry and the authors conducted interviews on the parties involved so that the accuracy of data for this final task can be justified.The result of this paper can be concluded that linen management running well and as expected despite some obstacles in its operation.
