Abstract

Heavy equipment assets managed by the rental store on the main PT Trakindo branch Surabaya, unit starting, roll in, leased units, maintanance unit, until the units are sold to boots the profits of the business process rental
store.
The purpose of this thesis was to determine the rental asset management system on the main Trakindo PT Surabaya branch, and the type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive method, where researchers will decipher information directly related to the research that has been done and obtained in pt the main Trakindo Surabaya branch. PT main Trakindo Surabaya branch is a company that is engaged in heavy equipment.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of an asset management system that performed on the main Trakindo PT Surabaya branch is shown to its advantage to maintain and grow the assets of the unit which has been rented or not rented well. Of sixty assets owned by the rental store Surabaya branch that is forty five asset that has been rented and fifteen asset that has not been leased.
