Abstract

This final project aims to find out the check-in procedure at the Ibis Surabaya City Center hotel. In collecting data the authors observe directly because the authors work in the front office as a front office supervisor. the conclusion is that the check-in procedure at the Ibis Surabaya City Center hotel is to provide services at the time of registration including greeting or greeting, blocking rooms or selecting rooms, making payments, making keys and greetings closing. With the intention of equalizing perception at the time of check-in handle.
