Abstract

The writing of this thesis aims to explain how project management is at the Honda non mso dealer at PT Besmart Surabaya. The research method in writing this final assignment uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews and documentation. Research shows that project management at Honda non mso dealers at PT Besmart
Surabaya has improved the Reception project, Production is going well because it is done with good teamwork, but there are still some obstacles that lead to project
unrest.
