Abstract

Delivery of goods is the process of ordering goods intended for customer. This makes the author make the final task of “Shipping Procedure in PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara”. The purpose of this study is to be able to add the knowledge gained from research. The research method uses qualitative research to obtain information about the delivery procedure. With data collection techniques using observation and documentation to complete the information obtained. Research results goods delivery procedures are going well according to the SOP set by the company and in accordance with the shipping procedure according to Narko (2002)
