Abstract

The purpose this final report presents is to explain how the procedure of handling Novac (Non Value Added Cost) at PT Kamadjaja Logistics Surabaya. The research method this final report presents uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique through interview, observation, documentation and literature study. The results this study the authors state that novac treatment
procedures on PT Kamadjaja Logistics has been running quite well but there is still delay in reporting the bill.
