Abstract
The purpose of this study is the application of the standard recipe in the manufacture of bakery (bread), is expected to accelerate operational and minimize an
error in Crystal Jade My Bread Surabaya.
The method used is descriptive method with qualitative research. Source of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The main data collection tool in this study is the researchers themselves as an employee of Crystal Jade My Bread
Surabaya.
Results from this study, that the standard recipe that has been designed by management to be carried out according to the procedures and steps - steps in place to
avoid errors when operational work in progress. Implementation of prescription standards is critical to the company's progress towards the company's progress and
application of the standard recipe turns positive effect on employee productivity in Crystal Jade My Bread Surabaya.
