Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ) at Boncafe Gubeng Restaurant Surabaya to its employees in order to improve service to guests who come to the restaurant.
In this study the author did for 3 months at Boncafe Gubeng Restaurant Surabaya to get some information through observation with employees .
Results from this study showed that in Boncafe Surabaya Restaurant predefined SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each employee before commencing operation.
