Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Standard Operating
Prosedure (SOP) purchase of goods until repayment at Hotel 88 Embong Kenongo.
SOP is very important for companies to avoid mistakes and work can be done
efficiently. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with two types of data,
namely primary data and secondary data. In this study, data collection techniques
used are observation, interviews, and documentation
