Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to know the role of a Guest Service at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya. The writer who also works as a Guest Service at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya observes the role of a Guest Service. The authors conclude that the Guest Service is part of the Front Office Department whose primary duty is to serve guests when they arrive at the hotel, during their stay and when to leave the hotel.
