Abstract
Microsoft Dynamic AX Information System is a system used by Gramedia Expo Basuki Rahmad Surabaya. This system has an effect on the improvement of company performance. To find out how the implementation of Microsoft Dynamic
AX Information System on the performance of Gramedia Expo Basuki Rahmad Surabaya in doing research. Where this research model use Microsoft Dynamic AX Information System variable as independent variable, and performance
variable as dependent variable. Where the variable Use of Microsoft Dynamic AX Information System decomposed into subvariables based on the characteristics of information systems according to Delone and McLean (2003). Data collection methods used are through questionnaires at the Gramedia Expo Basuki Rahmad Surabaya by distributing questionnaires on employees who use Microsoft Dynamic AX Information System.
From the results of questionnaires spread can be concluded that the Microsoft Dynamic AX System has an influence on improving the performance of the company, as evidenced by the respondent's answers many choose to agree with the use of Microsoft Dynamic AX System and the pengarunya to service Gramedia Expo Basuki rahmad Surabaya.
