Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the process of cleaning eating and drinking utensils at the Sky Restaurant at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya. In preparing this Final Project the author made direct observations and carried out work as a waitress trainee from October 2022 to January 2023 at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya. Based on the discussion in the previous chapter, the authors can draw conclusions for the process of cleaning eating and drinking utensils consisting of chinaware, silverware and glassware at the Sky Restaurant at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya still using the manual method.
