Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to know the duties of a supervisor at Cafe
Kateko Surabaya. The author makes observations on the duties of supervisor at
Cafe Kateko Surabaya. Broadly speaking, the author concludes that a supervisor
at Cafe Kateko surabaya controls his subordinate staff, communicates with
external and internal parties, for restaurant operations, serves guests who come
to enjoy the food and drinks served, guests feel satisfied. And also responsibility
to restaurant management.
