Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Surabaya Branch, entitled "Procedures for Sales of Marine Tickets at PT Pelni Surabaya Branch". This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this study is to find out the Procedure for Selling Ship Tickets from the ticket sales process, filling in the personal data of prospective passengers, booking tickets, paying ticket fares to the final stage of printing ship tickets which are submitted to the customer as documentation of passenger travel using transportation. sea lanes and ultimately refers to sales.
