Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the duties and responbilities of a Front Office Supervisor at the Great Diponegoro Hotel by Azana Surabaya. The writer who works in the Front Office Department as a Front Office Supervisor writes the Final Project with a qualitative descriptive method that collects data based on documents aobtained from internal hotels. The author concludes about the duties and responsibilities of the Front Office Supervisor at the Great Diponegoro Hotel by Azana Surabaya is to organize, expedite, and monitor work operations in the Front Office Department so that the performance of the Front Office Department runs according to the expectations of the hotel management and the guest.
