Abstract
Thepurpose of this study was to explain the service procedures of PRECIOUS bag stores. That purpose of this study was to find out how the service process and
precedures for serving customers are good an in accordance with the service standart that have been applied, because the service at PRECIOUS PTC bag shop
in Surabaya is in addition to hospitality. Sales people, courtesy and honesty are also needed because remembering the goods sold are not only branded items that are new but there are also second or second hand items, which can be resold and can also be exchanged, the result of this study indicate that the PRECIOUS bag shop service prosedures are already underway in accordance with applicable prosedures and running well and correctly.
