Abstract
The purpose of this research is the issue of how the procedures of healthcare tools credit sales. This research aims to provide the information that exists in the previous procedure regarding the company's credit rating. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. A place to do research is PT Persada Utama
Mutual Surabaya. The technique of data collection through interviews and documentation work in accordance with the research. Data analysis was done with descriptive, information source most major research done by one person, namely marketing sales. The object of the research is the procedure of credit sales. From
the results of this research are indispensable payment agreement between PT Persada Utama and Mutual vendor or customer, in order to make the payment in accordance with the billing invoice date and required a letter of purchase agreement governing the rights and obligations each of the parties.
