Abstract
The purpose of writing is to find out the importance of completeness of utensil for the smooth operation and to avoid inter-employee feuds caused by incomplete utensil in the Kitchen Mie Mapan Kartini Restaurant Surabaya. The
author made observations at Mie Mapan Kartini Restaurant Surabaya. Besides that the position of the author is as a captain kitchen. The writer can conclude that utensil plays an important role in the smooth operation of a company, especially in the kitchen of Surabaya Mapan Kartini Noodle. The impact of incomplete or unconditional conditions that are not standard can cause negative things in the form of hostility between employees which is caused by scrambling each other to be used to make food and complaints from longtime food guests to be served due to employees who have to wait and take turns using utensils that will used.
