Abstract

The purpose of this Final Project writing is to find out and describe Selling Technique at the Zest Hotel Jemursari Surabaya Front Office. The main task of
the Receptionist at Zem Hotel Jemursari Surabaya is to sell rooms. Zest Hotel Jemursari Surabaya has 130 rooms, consisting of two room suites, and 128 standard rooms. Zest Hotel Jemursari Surabaya has a room rate category,namely basic rate, discount rate and special rate. The author concludes that the steps taken in Selling techniques at Zest Hotel Jemursari Surabaya, is to approach (approach) the guests who come, explain the price and facilities (presentation and pricing) owned, handle rejection (handling objection) and then close the sale ( closing).
