Abstract

The thesis explains the procedure how to make invoices at PT Kamadjaja Logistics Surabaya. The research method in this thesis is qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique through direct observation, interview,discussion and literature study. The results of study says that at procedure of making invoices at PT Kamadjaja Logistics Surabaya has run well because it is
done with a good teamwork, but there are still some obstacles that result in delayed invoicing.
