Abstract
Procedure of demurrage, storage and claim. These costs is very annoying and harmful in expedition business, shipping, manufacturer, and freight forwarder. If the cost is not investigated, then it can make a profit to decline and the price of goods decreased because expired. Demurrage and storage adverse party consigne and freight forwarder. While claim adverse all parties and often
appear in the freight forwarder. If these costs are already successful be investigated, it can reduce loss and can be used as learning materials for management to make the system of work in a company can be better, and the losses arising from the demurage, storage and claim in company can be minimized. If any problems can be solved , so this company can be the number one freight forwarders. the results of writing of this report the authors concluded that the investigation procedure demurage costs, storage and claim PT Kamadjaja Logistic still not running as expected there are still some processes that need to be added but in coordination between teams of claims and operations team is good
enough.
