Abstract

In writing of this Final Project, writer lift title about equipments and supply of restaurant with purpose to know sirkulasi rotation of equipments of restaurant as well as to know role an equipments which is used in restaurant operational, where in writing of this Final Project use descriptive analysis method. Utilize to get required data related to equipments and supply of restaurant then writer have done interview and observation directly in Hotel of Sahid Surabaya specially in Coffee Shop Temple of Bentar which is have location to in Jl. Sumatra 1 - 15 Surabaya. From result of writing of this Final Project can know that a supply and equipments in restaurant shall as according to international standart, like : equipments used to enjoy appetizer until dessert to available its usefulness of severallys, existence of rotation of equipments of restaurant in restaurant operational from strarting equipments arranged by setting table until equipments reside in side stand, and role of equipments and supply of restaurant to operational fluency work all waiter / ss. From result of obtained data about equipments and supply of restaurant hence can be taken by conclusion that equipments matching with international standart and clear and correct equipments rotation then will be able to fluent process service in restaurant operational. Suggestion which is writer submit supply and equipments better had by Coffee Shop Temple of Bentar can support operational fluency work waiter / ss in serving guest.
