Abstract
Our goals by final project that had writen call’s “ Traditional Java Restaurant by Society Perception” it’s had our society feed back by restaurant which has adopted traditional Java and that things had point view to those who had visit to traditional Java restaurant. Wrote method which have been take are observation
documentation along menu list in it, brochure, over interview with restaurant manager and questioner sampling been given 4 weeks in arrow at Padipadi Waroeng,
Jemursari road II no.2 Surabaya. 200 questioner, finally reached into valid conclusion that most of them (society) give a good comment of Padipadi Waroeng, from a moment they had, as customer of Padipadi Waroeng that presented of traditional Java restaurant. Out standing service and their concept has big applouse of the customer Padipadi Waroeng an unique style of their concept plus their location where it’s good view and regenerating their weakness, such as parking area had more wide, so that in the future Padipadi Waroeng had more, space to compete among their competition grow in good way.
