Abstract

The decision support system for the selection of the best lecturers uses the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method (Case study at the NSC Polytechnic Surabaya). In this study an application was made as a tool for decision support systems that can assist in decision making with analytical skills for assessing lecturer achievement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where each criterion in this case the activities carried out by lecturers. The settlement process using the AHP method is a) making a matrix with a pairwise comparison, b) calculating the priority value for each criterion, c) calculating the priority value of each criterion and the form of calculation using the AHP. By combining the criteria and weights entered with the existing lecturer data, the application will be able to produce a sequence of global priority values ​​for each lecturer. The result of this process is Lecturer ranking. This ranking is the basis of recommendations for takers to [the envoy to select Lecturers to excel in certain periods. This software is made using Xampp and Adobe Dreamweaver as a tool.
