Abstract

The Final Task entitled How to Store Fruits and Vegetables At Crown
Prince Hotel Surabaya aims to find out how to store fruits and vegetables at
Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya. The writers do some researches by working as
Kithcen Trainee in Hotel Crown Prince Surabaya. from the discussion, it can be
concluded that the method of storing fruits and vegetables must use FIFO (First
In First Out) system and mut be stored in chillerso that the quality keep
maintained.
