Abstract

The development of internet access services is currenty very rapid, one of which is the internet access hotspot service. With this internet access service, there are problems that occur in the middle of his business trip. Such as customer complaints to enjoy convenient internet access, but at the beginning of the service alone there have been problems with manual internet access registration. This makes customers have to wait too long to enjoy internet access. In addition administrators need optimal services such as registration of fast internet access. So to overcome these problems is the existence of a user management system with a voucher. The design of a user management system with this voucher allows customers to enjoy direct internet access when registration has been done so that the customer does not wait too long. This system will also automatically deactivate customers who have expired and can make internet access reports according to customer usage.
