Abstract

The purpose of this Final Project is to knowing a real description in more than depth understanding picture about the procedure of export that be done by PT Yellu Mutiara. PT Yellu Mutiara is export company who stir to in pearl farm. The methode that beeing used is descriptive study, that is taking one specified object to be deeply analized with focusing in one problem. The data that being used is a primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected trough the interview with PT Yellu Mutiara in this case it’s export division, in other case the secondary data is taken from the book and other referencies. The result of the research is it can concluded that the procedure for implementing export document at PT Yellu Mutiara is, Direct Auction, Invoice, COO (Certificate of Origin) Packing List, Air Waybill, Insurance, Loading Approval Letter, Export Declaration, export Approval Note, Freight Forwarding The problem arise or obstacles face in PT Yellu Mutiara is the case of managing Loading Approval Letter which sometimes slows down the course of exports. SisterKaroline, which is sometimes difficult to access and if the employee enters the wrong word, cannot return to the previous page, it must repeat starting from the beginning. And the management of COO can only be made in Ambon, because manufacture farm in the city of Ambon. The suggestion can given of the problem in this reseach is should for PT Yellu Mutiara to smooth the export activities, the employees who register in the system must be carefully and the prepade document s must be the completed. Whereas for COO should be made before there is an export process.
