Abstract
Writing is to know the role of Room Attendant in providing services in accordance with the existing SOP at Hotel Amaris Margorejo Surabaya, the authors make observations and retrieve data data supporters in the Hotel, the authors conclude that the role of Room Attendant in providing services in accordance SOP in the Hotel Amaris runs smoothly.
