Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the service procedure Autosine PPS saloon cars in Surabaya . Data were collected through observation , and documentation and the results of this study indicate that the PPS service procedures Autoshine Surabaya is already well underway in accordance with the opinion of Rahmayanti (2010 ). Constraints in the service process is the lack of human resources that is causing the lack of uniformity in service. Hence the need for additional employees to the sales counter in order to facilitate at the time of service carried.
