Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure of credit sales of two wheeled vehicle "Suzuki" in PT Dwimitra Sejahtera Utama Sidoarjo. To achieve these objectives, the research data is needed to place a direct research interviews and documentation. The results obtained show that the procedure of credit sale two wheeled vehicle "Suzuki" starting from order customer followed the requirements of the complete data customer ID card or certificate of the population, a certificate stay, the SPK or letters ordering the vehicle then the next process is a survey by the leasing Followed by delivery units equipped with reception receipt from the customer indicating that the unit has been received by the customer. The next process is the Invoicing existing tax on the procedures carried out by local Units for the
manufacture of vehicle registration vehicle. To BPKB vehicle is still in the responsibility of the lease which is handed over to the dealer can later be retrieved if
customers make payment.
