Abstract
The purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the manufacture of
panna cotta pudding with vegetable milk and the authors want to provide other
options for consumers who are allergic or avoid animal milk. The author conducted
this research qualitatively. The recipe test was carried out three times and
interviewed 5 people who liked pudding. The experimental results from the third
experiment are preferred because they have a soft and dense texture.
