Abstract
Knowing how to apply recipe standards in Eiger Coffee, the author makes
observations on the application of recipe standards in the manufacture of
beverages that have been set by the company from material selection, product
processing to presentation. The taste, aroma and appearance are up to standard,
even though it's done by a different barista.
