Abstract

Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group is a subsidiary of the Waringin Group
which is engaged in hotel management. The purpose of this study was to find out
how the Archives Storage Procedure in the Finance Division at Waringin
Hospitality Hotel Group is carried out. This research is included in the descriptive
qualitative research type. Data obtained by observation, interviews, and
documentation. The results of this research are archival storage at Waringin
Hospitality Hotel Group using the Principle of Decentralization, the flow of
storage starts from creation, distribution, checking, duplication, coding of archives, archiving and found problems encountered when carrying out archiving activities due to the lack of media for archiving and limited space. to save archives. The advice that can be given is to try a digital filing system on a computer and use a standard filing system.
