Abstract

This final project aims to find out the duties and responsibilities of the cook helper in the Dharmawangsa Singgasana Hotel Surabaya restaurant. The author observes the duties of Cook Helper in the Dharmawangsa Singgasana Hotel Surabaya restaurant. The author can conclude that the task of the cook helper at Dharmawangsa Singgasana Hotel Hotel Surabaya is very much needed, because it can accelerate work in the kitchen and can help cook work so that the work runs smoothly and in accordance with the hotel operational standards.
