Abstract

The research aimed to know, how is the group class data archive storage system at Orbeat Music Lifestyle Academy. The research used qualitative description as procedure, with data collection methods observation, documentation and literature review. The result was that the stages of structuring the archive with subject system at Orbeat Music Lifestyle Academy only using three stages: Inspecting, Sorting and Palacing. This is not optimal because the group class data has not passed the stage Indexing and Coding it will difficult to find the document.
