Abstract

This study aims to know the procedure of employee recruitment and selection at Toyota Asri Motor. This research use descriptive with data collection
technique through interview, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of the observations obtained indicate that recruitment begins from the
needs of employees by identifying vacant positions, administrative selection stages, interviews and psychotest test to officially become employees at Toyota
Asri Motor.
