Abstract
The procedure is a procedure for the work or activity to complete the work by the time sequence and has a fixed pattern of work that has been determined. Purchase Order (PO) when literally translated means that the purchase order is significant while the purchase order, Purchase order means to have the definition of a purchase order. Therefore, the authors take the title Final Project Purchase Order Procedure PT Depo Global Indonesia Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the Purchase Order Procedure PT Depo Global Indonesia Surabaya. The research method that I use is the type of qualitative data. The data collection method used was observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study the authors use descriptive data analysis that describes the Purchase Order Procedure PT depot Global Indonesia Surabaya, the supermarkets send notes remaining stock of goods to PT Depo Global Indonesia Surabaya, after the PT depot Global Indonesia Surabaya made and mailed to PO website, forwarded and in the filling by Admin Marketing section, and then forwarded to the warehouse,after the goods are ready to be sent to the supermarket, PO forwarded to the
finance department to perform billing and documented. It can be concluded that the Purchase Order Procedure is in conformity with the opinion Soemarso (2007).
