Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to identify and describe the importance of standardization of recipes chinese food in order to maintain the quality of food at the Grand City Convex Surabaya Methodology : In this study, researchers used a research method by interview and observation and descriptive data analysis method Finding : By following the standardization of food, then the food quality will remain intact and can provide a good influence to consumer acceptance of these foods Value : For the evaluation of the company and to increase knowledge as reading material for readers
