Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect on the consumer behavior and purchasing decisions determine consumer response if there are changes or differences in Kedai Dimsum Tuman. This experiment conducted by: 1) Observation: the collection of data with a direct way to the location and observe directly the object in thoroughly, so that the accuracy of the data can be accountable. 2) Interview: namely data collection through the process of question and answer to the consumer by providing the appropriate questions to the topic discussed to take a responsible response data from consumers who come. 3)Documentation: the retrieval of existing data to be processed again and compared with data obtained from a new data retrieval processes. It can be concluded that the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions can be one of the factors that support the consumer interest to come buy and also increase sales in shops Dimsum Tuman. In this culinary business competition behavioral factors greatly influence the purchase decision and therefore Kedai Dimsum Tuman true Noting these factors influence consumer behavior in order to survive in the competition that continues to grow.
