Abstract
In this final project, the writer aims to know the importance of applying standard recipes to improve guest satisfaction at the café pisang PHC hospital. The method used by the writer is distributing questionnaires to determine still standard recipe which is not running well, because sometimes they wear each standard recipe cook especially menu event that there is still no standard recipe.
