Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of the working cook helper in order to improve the performance of the cook at the banquet kitchen hotel earth Surabaya city resort
This research was conducted with observation: collection of data in a straight forward manner to the location and directly observe the object studied, so the accuracy of the data can be justified Role cook helper is needed of its existence, namely to help implement work to help cook so kitchen running smoothly.
