leaders gathered then make charter Welas Asih. declair is the district must implement program in various sectors, economy,health, education. Bojonegoro declair it self as Welas Asih because development in bojonegoro has not accommodate thise with special needs, this makes the current development must accommodate all groups including the disabled to thr elderly. Build an Website is one of the solutions as a means of information and dissemination to the public of Welas Asih Program that has been in the
