Abstract

The development of information technology makes most people and institutions rely on a computer device to complete their task. High demand for desktop computers on an institution comparable with spending of the the purchase amount from the desktop device which will automatically increase the operational costs of the institution. Therefore, by creating multi workstation-based single personal computer will pressing the cost within the institution.
Aster is a program which allows to create a few workplaces on base of a single PC. Aster v7 is a multiseat software for Windows XP, 7, 8 or 10. multiseat
are also cost-effective because it is not necessary to buy separate motherboards, microprocessors, RAM, hard disks and other components for each user. Aster will provide a individual desktop for each monitor and you can use all workplaces independently as if each of them had their own PC
